The Barn is a boutique event venue where friends, family, colleagues, and community come together to celebrate life's most meaningful moments. Our rustic yet refined setting provides the perfect backdrop for weddings, milestone celebrations, private events, nonprofit fundraisers, and community gatherings that create lasting memories.

Origins

For decades, The Barn has been a place where people gather. Originally a family farm and equestrian property, it was also a setting for children's parties, family celebrations, picnics, and community gatherings, and countless moments shared among friends, family, and neighbors. The property's roots have always been about bringing people together.



Transformation into an Event Venue

As Palm Valley grew and the area's equestrian culture gradually diminished, The Barn evolved to meet the changing needs of the community. Rather than losing its identity, the property embraced its longstanding tradition as a gathering place, transforming into a venue dedicated to celebrations, connection, and shared experiences. Throughout that evolution, great care has been taken to preserve the natural beauty, rural character, and unique heritage that have long defined Palm Valley.



Growth and Recognition

In 2022, The Barn was voted Best of the Best Event Venue by the Ponte Vedra Recorder.

Deb Chapin and The Barn have also been voted Best Event Planner multiple years in a row (2023–2025).

Today, The Barn is a favorite venue for intimate weddings, micro-weddings, elopements, corporate events, fundraisers, and community celebrations. It comfortably hosts up to 120 guests indoors, with additional outdoor space available.



Deb’s collaborative spirit shines through her strong relationships with trusted vendors, caterers, and local partners. She works closely with every host to create memorable experiences while preserving the natural beauty and heritage that make The Barn so special.
